1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use 199bat. The platform operates a strict 21+ policy in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts permanently closed and any remaining balance forfeited in accordance with applicable policies.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 199bat. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

1.3 Accurate Registration Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date at all times. 199bat reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

1.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 199bat will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

1.5 Geographic Restrictions

The 199bat platform is directed at players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are playing. 199bat makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

2.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though 199bat reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion for compliance or risk management purposes.

2.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet or payment method used for the qualifying deposit. 199bat aims to process all standard withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Players must complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is approved.

2.3 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that you own legally and that originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts, or borrowed funds are prohibited. 199bat reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and to request supporting documentation at any time.

2.4 Transaction Fees

199bat does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or card issuer) may apply its own service charges. 199bat has no control over and accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

2.5 Currency

All balances, wagers, bonuses, and payouts on 199bat are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied by the platform. Monetary amounts displayed on the platform use the ৳ symbol. Numerals are expressed in standard Western Arabic format (e.g., ৳1,000, ৳20,000).

3.1 Wagering Requirements

4.2 Settled Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. In the event of a technical error or manifest pricing mistake, 199bat reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account without any obligation to honour winnings derived from the erroneous odds or payout.

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game or match outcomes

• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform for illegal financial activity

4.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of an internet disconnection during an active game round, the outcome will be determined by the platform's server-side records, which are the definitive record of all game events. 199bat is not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues on the player's side.

5.1 Age Verification

199bat operates a strict 21+ policy. The platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts where the player is found to be under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, with all funds handled in accordance with applicable underage gambling policies.

5.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via the 199bat support team. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and all marketing communications will be ceased. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the chosen period.

5.3 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Requests to lower a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period of at least 7 days before the increase becomes active.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 199bat's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 199bat is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, a transaction, or any aspect of your account, you must contact 199bat support within 14 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. All disputes will be reviewed by the 199bat compliance team, whose decision shall be final and binding. Disputes not raised within the 14-day window will not be considered.
